
On January 28 it was Todd's golden 28th birthday, yes that's right we are now in our late twenties. We have a few birthday traditions, I make him whatever he wants for breakfast--this year blueberry waffles. I got up at 5am (since he's on his bike at 6:15am to get to the gym at 6:30am), yes friends that is love.

At Refuge, Sally brought him his favorite pie--key lime. That was sweet of you Sally, thanks.
We got SNOW, yes that's right, snow, we here in Durham only got 1-2inches, friends in Apex, Raleigh got more like3-5inches. We took pictures to prove it. It was great, because it was the Inauguration Day, so I actually got to watch it all, which was wonderful. Then we had a big snow ball fight with our neighbor kids (who had never had one, it was so fun teaching them how to pack a hard snow ball).


And then, we got a new table so we can have over more people for dinner comfortably without anyone having to feel like they are eating at the kiddie table. So per Heathers request here it is . . .
